RETURN POLICY

 

1. You must contact us within 14 days after you received products to sales@silver-jewelry-thailand.com  and inform us the missing case description promptly with order number,Unit weight and Price.

2. after our discussion you can send products return to :

3. Customer can receive the money back (credit note) or the replacement after our checking.

All unauthorized or improperly packaged returns will be returned to sender. Please note that items that show signs of wear or have been, resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
