RETURN POLICY

 

1. You must contact us within 14 days after you received products to sales@silver-jewelry-thailand.com  and inform us the missing case description promptly with order number,Unit weight and Price.

2. after contacted and discussion you can sent the products return to :
       SilverTH Shop; 65/123, M.11, Soi Bangna-Trad 32, Bangna-Trad 3 Rd. Bangna, Bangkok, 10260 Thailand.

3. Customer can receive the money back (credit note) or the replacement within 5~14 days after checking.

All unauthorized or improperly packaged returns will be returned to sender. Please note that items that show signs of wear or have been, resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
